Leadership Crucible: Women Leadership Center (WLC)
The Women Leadership Center (WLC) is an initiative of the Catholic University of South Sudan (ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø). It was established to empower women—both emerging and established leaders—by equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to lead effectively across all sectors of society.
Through comprehensive leadership audits and needs assessments, the WLC developed specialized training modules to support women who aspire to leadership or are already serving in leadership roles.
